Forbidden Gardens

Forbidden Gardens invites you back in time to experience some of the most significant historic and cultural sites in China today. As home to one of the most ancient civilizations in world, many of it's historical sites are considered to be among the world's wonders. Here you are offered a chance to visit two of these historic sites, without ever having to leave Texas.

The Tomb of Qin Shi Huang-di, the First Emperor, has been faithfully replicated in 1/3rd scale. The 6,000 piece army was made in Xi'an, the ancient capitol where the tomb was discovered in 1974.

Further we have our 1/20th scale replica of the Forbidden City, home to the Imperial family for almost 500 years. These palaces, halls, courtyards, and gardens were the seat of imperial power through two dynasties, and is now an official Palace Museum.

Other exhibits feature a scale model of the city of Suzhou,  known as the Venice of China, and replicas of ancient Chinese weaponry, architecture, and conveyances. Welcome to imperial life as it existed for over 2,000 years.

Welcome to Forbidden Gardens.
